Located on the covered terrace with a spectacular view of the vineyards and the rising sun, this concept offers a welcoming industrial atmosphere. Its up-cycled decorative elements create a raw, elegant and contemporary space. The « Cargol 21 » restaurant creates a relaxed atmosphere for dining and drinking!
Julien Montassié, Chef of the gastronomic restaurant « La Coopérative », defines the philosophy of this new restaurant concept.
« Charcoal cooking »
A combination of different types of meat and fish grilled over charcoal, served alongside seasonal products, all from the Catalan region, thus favouring short circuits and a locavore approach. Simple, quality dishes in a "starter, main course and dessert" menu at €29, to be enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere!
The wine list highlights the production of Domaine Riberach over several vintages, in a constant search for food and wine pairings.
