Based on the collections from the archaeological site of the Bélesta cave, you will discover an exhibition of these discoveries presented in a playful way in the old medieval castle of the village. Authentic objects and life-size reconstructions allow you to imagine life in the Neolithic period (reconstruction of part of the cave with characters).

The Orgues of Ille sur Têt

The site of the Orgues is a unique place in France, a landscape of fairy chimneys with a fragile beauty. Erosion has worked like an artist, notching, incising, sculpting the material with gashes or striations to give the rock this scoured, almost lunar appearance. This landscape is considered as an exceptional heritage whose preservation is of general interest.

Price: €5
Address: Les Orgues d'Ille sur Tet Chemin de Régleilles 66130 Ille Sur Têt
