THE ARCHITECTS AND OWNERS OF THE RIBERACH ESTATE
"Both architects, there was a time when we worked all over Europe, and in particular in the South of France, in Bélesta. We are in love with this village, its stones, its soil, and the people too. In 2006, Riberach Cave was created. The next step was to look for a place to make wine on a consistent basis. We thought of investing in the old cooperative cellar, but there was a drawback: we didn't need such a large area. We then had the idea of not only exporting wine, but also importing customers. That's where the idea of a hotel came from. In 2007, the story of Domaine Riberach**** begins... "
"Originally from Toulouse, I joined Domaine Riberach**** in the fall of 2020. I am honoured to have taken on the role of General Manager. I am eager to accompany the team in realising the enormous potential we see for our estate."
THE HEAD CHEF
"I took over the pots of the restaurant "La Coopérative" in January 2020. I work with local products while making sure I never lose the notion of sharing! Gastronomy in its natural state: a sensory game of forgotten flavours marrying the expected with the improbable."
ACCOMMODATION MANAGER AND WEDDING MANAGER
"Having joined the company in 2013, my mission is to manage the reception team and boost the turnover of the accommodation department. I am also responsible for weddings."
THE GENERAL STEWARD
"Present in the establishment since 2017, I have been working as the general steward since 2021. I coordinate the reception, housekeeping and technical teams. I am also the privileged interlocutor of our cottages."
COMMERCIAL ATTACHÉ AND SHOP MANAGER
"Dynamic and motivated, I listen to our BtoB clients wishing to organise seminars or professional events at the estate. Passionate about the world of wine, I also work as the shop manager where we welcome and advise customers on their wine purchases."
THE COMMUNICATION & MARKETING MANAGER
"Creative and enthusiastic, my main task is to promote and sell the services of Domaine Riberach****. I direct the way it is represented in the market."
OENOLOGIST/COMMERCIAL - RIBERACH WINERY
"A trained oenologist, I am in charge of the vinification and development of each cuvée. I am also in charge of marketing the wines in France and abroad."
Work in the gourmet restaurant.
In charge of managing the restaurant cellar.
Be present during service to advise customers and help with service.
Be familiar with the menu and work closely with Executive Chef Julien Montassié.
Waiter - Extra
Ensures that service runs smoothly at all tables.
Serves at the table and clears the table, assisted by the clerks.
Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and dishes to be able to answer customers' questions.
Know and master presentation techniques.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Write up the bill and collect payment.
Valet / Chambermaid
Clean and tidy rooms with care.
Clean common areas (toilets, reception, spa, offices).
Report to our Housekeeper.
Respond to customer complaints.
